After paying cash to the builder of £36000 as a one off Off plan investment this party relocated to Turkey watched his apartment being built and was close to the builder.After it was finished the builder even rented it for him and gave him a return but all the time the landowner had the Tapu and the council was changing the rules Even after a period of three years while waiting for the habitation and getting rental income from a tenant the purchaser expected to transfer the deed to his name No it was eventually taken by the landowner in respect of council incurred debts that all seemed to be the responsibility of the builder even though all the Tapus remained in the landowners name no time control just an open ended mess that resulted in the apartment being lost What happened to tax paid to the government for KDV etc
How can this happen after so long where is ant audit trail and of course where is the morality?
All those things questioned but another £36000 gone.
