A couple purchased a duplex paid the builder on a sales agreement prepared by a solicitor made bank transfers to the company who had a landowner agreement and never received the title deeds that it was entitled too.So the ones to suffer were the foreign party that received no title deed and paid in full £68,000.
Again the local council did not assist as it would give no habitation as it changed its policies to be in line with guidelines that it did not stipulate to the building company at the outset.
Incompetence mal practice and outright corruption have resulted in no return for £68,000.
